8vo., xii, 340 pp. including appendix. Frontis photo portrait of the author with tissue guard plus 8 photo plates. Full medium olive-green cloth with front board and spine titled in gilt. Decorative gilt stamp on front cover of fishing rods, gun and bird. Leaves uncut.

Ex-library copy but generally exhibits no library marks except for the attempted removal of a small stamp from the title page, erased with some abrasion to the paper, and evidence of a library card pocket removed from front pastedown. Minor white stains to outer edges of cloth, most prominent on top outer corner of lower board. Light rub to spine ends and joints. Toning to endpapers. Frontis tissue guard toned. Otherwise tight and clean.
