4to., in eights. 103pp. with forty-seven full page photogravures from photographs by the author. Bound in deep yellowish-green cloth, lettered in gilt front and spine. Unclipped white dust jacket with sepia photo, lettered in brown, decorated in green upper panel and spine.

Very minor wear to extremities of boards otherwise a nice, tight, clean copy with a wonderful evocative series of photos for the stream fisherman to dream of days of yore. The dust jacket, while complete, has a few pieces missing from the top edge, some creases with associated closed tears and considerable surface marks and soil.

The author's reminiscences of glorious days at various fly-fishing spots in England.
