Minor fox spots to front and back endpapers. Dust jacket has small piece missing from head of spine and another from top outer corner with minor edge creases and closed tears. Light marks to the white back flap and panel.

A classic work, regarded as one of the best detailed on the subject.

1st edition, 1st printing stated. Now uncommon.
